You can attend an ayahuasca or psilocybin retreat with your partner in two ways. You can join one of our group retreats together with the Couple’s Package, which gives you a private room with two beds within the group programme. Or you can book a private retreat for two, where you are the only participants and the schedule is built around you. Both are available for ayahuasca and for psilocybin at our two centres in the Netherlands and in Costa Rica.
Group retreats run on scheduled dates, while private retreats can be booked throughout the year. Prices start at 3.850€ for the Couple’s Package on a 3-day retreat and 3.875€ for a 1-day private retreat for two.

Navigate with Ease
The two ways to attend together
Couple’s Package on a group retreat. You take part in the full group programme alongside other participants, and you have a private room with two beds. You share the preparation, the ceremonies and the integration sessions with the group. This suits couples who want the experience of a shared container with others doing the same work.
Private retreat for two. No other participants, dedicated facilitation, and the schedule built around you. Your live integration is one session with both of you and your facilitator, so the whole conversation is about your experience rather than shared with a group. This suits couples who prefer privacy, want dedicated facilitation, or need the flexibility to choose their own dates.
Neither is better. They are different experiences, and the right one depends on whether the presence of other people would help you or get in the way.

Psilocybin Retreat for Couples in the Netherlands
Our psilocybin retreats for couples run in three formats. The 3-day retreat includes one psilocybin truffle ceremony and three live group integration sessions. The 5-day retreat includes two ceremonies and five integration sessions. Both are group retreats, and the Couple’s Package adds a private room with two beds.
A private psilocybin retreat for two is available on any date. The 1-day format includes one ceremony and one night; the 2-day format includes two ceremonies and two nights.
Psilocybin truffles are legal in the Netherlands, which is why these retreats take place here rather than elsewhere in Europe.

Ayahuasca Retreat for Couples in the Netherlands
Our 3-day ayahuasca retreat includes two ceremonies over consecutive days, with the Couple’s Package giving you a private room with two beds. A private ayahuasca retreat for two is available on any date, in the same 1-day and 2-day formats as psilocybin.
Ayahuasca retreats in the Netherlands work with our Dutch brew, which always combines the ayahuasca vine (Banisteriopsis caapi) and psilocybin truffles together. Read more about the Dutch brew.

A note on integration. The group retreats include more hours of live integration, but those sessions are shared with the other participants. The private retreat includes one session with no one else’s process in the room. More hours is not automatically more support; whose experience the time is spent on matters as much as how long it lasts.
Additional integration sessions can be booked separately with either format, if you want more after the retreat. You can read about preparation and integration here.
Investment in your Retreat
On group retreats, the Couple’s Package costs about what two individual places would, and adds a private room with two beds.
On private retreats it is cheaper per person. Because you share one retreat rather than booking two, a 2-day private retreat for two is 6.250€ where two separate solo bookings would be 7.000€. That is 3.125€ each instead of 3.500€.
All prices include 21% VAT.

Attending a ceremony together: what to expect
You take the medicine at the same time and you are in the same space throughout. Your experiences will not be the same, and they are not meant to be. One of you may have an intense session while the other has a quiet one. That is not a sign that anything went wrong.
Our facilitators support each of you individually within the shared setting. You are not expected to stay connected to each other during the ceremony, and there is no requirement to share anything afterwards that you do not want to share.
Live integration is included in every format.

Is this right for you as a couple?
It may be a good fit if you:
- Want to go through a significant experience alongside someone you trust
- Are both making this decision freely, without one persuading the other
- Are prepared to do the preparation and the integration, not only the ceremony
- Can accept that your two experiences will differ
It is probably not the right moment if:
- One of you is attending mainly because the other wants it
- You are hoping the retreat will resolve a specific conflict between you
- Either of you is in acute crisis
- Either of you has a medical or psychiatric condition, or uses medication, that requires further review during our screening process
We are not a therapy programme and we do not offer relationship counselling. If what you are looking for is help with a specific difficulty in your relationship, a couples therapist is the right place to start, and that can sit alongside this rather than instead of it.
How it works
- Apply through the retreat you are interested in, indicating that you are coming as a couple
- Both of you complete a confidential medical questionnaire
- A 30-minute admission call
- Preparation begins before you arrive
- The retreat
- Live integration, according to the format you chose
