Before attending one of our Psilocybin or Ayahuasca retreats, it is important we obtain relevant medical information so we can provide the safest experience possible.
After completing your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to our medical questionnaire.
Completing this questionnaire is a required step before we can confirm your participation.
To ensure safety for everyone involved, we review information related to relevant medical conditions and the use of medications or substances (if applicable) at the time of booking. Each application is assessed carefully and individually, and all information you share is treated with full confidentiality.
Please note that we CANNOT CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING before your medical questionnaire has been reviewed. Please DO NOT make travel arrangements (book flights) before we have confirmed your booking. (We strive to respond within 48 hours.)
